BoatTrippy viewing and joining a club trip

Steps:

• Click on the link to the trip on the Trip forum.
• If you want to go on the trip, click the Join Trip button, fill in the form and submit.
• Once you are on the trip you can then either add or join a car and book club equipment.

Tip: it is recommended that if you want to be a passenger in a car share, arrange that before booking your boat and equipment so that you know what date the driver can pick up and drop these off.

• Drivers: If you are picking up / dropping off any equipment from the basin, you will need to add basin access to your car. This will then appear on the email that goes to the basin. Please refer to the basin access times prior stating a pickup and drop off time.
• After the trip you may have expenses that you wish to claim. Go to the trip page after the trip start date and use the expense claim form to add your expense.
