BoatTrippy create a private trip

Steps:

• Once you have decided when and where you are going on your private trip go to the new private trip form in BoatTrippy (you may need to log in, use your forum credentials)
• Enter the details into the form and submit. A private trip page will then be created and displayed.
• As private trip organiser, you will now be able to add other club members to your private trip who can then book equipment and arrange basin access

Tip - If you cannot find the club member that you would like to add, send them the link to the trip and ask them to log in using their forum credentials. This will add them into BoatTrippy and then you should be able to find them.

• Copy the URL from the address bar in your browser. (it should be something like: https://thcc-boattrippy.azurewebsites.net/trip/1 )
• To make the club aware of your private trip, log into THCC forums and go to the trips forum
• Create a new topic for your trip in the usual way
• Make the subject 'Private : trip title - dates'
• Copy something like the following into your post

A few of us are going on a [activity type] trip to [place]. [Then say a few words about the private trip in the spirit of club knowledge sharing]. [copy the link from step 4 above]
