Coaching towards the 2 star award is not via a formal structured course like the 1 star course.

Each Tuesday, there will be volunteer coaches providing training, but it will be up to you to decide which skills you want to work on and to ask whoever is taking the group to make sure they are included in the coaching that evening.

To help you keep track of your progress, the club has created a logbook. This includes a list of the main skills you will need, and space for you to record your progress for each of them. Once you reach the required standard for each of these skills, you can get them signed off in your logbook. When you have everything signed off, one of the coaches will be able to award you with your 2 star.

There should be copies of the logbook in the office, or you can download it from the forum. To make a booklet, it should be printed double-sided in booklet mode.
