- Two sets of utensils (labelled “meat” & “veg”)
- Two sponges (“meat” and “veg”)

- Two sets of oven gloves (one per chef)
- Disposable cups and plates etc.
- Bin bags
- Kitchen towel/napkins
- Hand sanitizer
- Cleaning products (anti-bac and washing up liquid)
- Pots and lids × 3
- Chopping board
- Cleaning Cloth (for table surface only).
- Fire lighter/ matches
- Money tin
- Folding table (outside near workshop)
- Two builder’s buckets (in office) as drink coolers.
- Labelled “THCC” aprons × 2. (in office)
- Tea towel (to be hung after use)
